Went Pearl centre to get the ticket to Batam view centre. As it is still early, we took a walk to Chinatown and decided to have our dinner at the newly renovated Hawker centre. I recommended them to the famous claypot rice stall from the hawker centre. The place was so crowded and most of the tables were occupied. I managed to fight for a table among the crowd. Happily, I walked toward the claypot rice stall to order. Was told that we have to wait for 1 hour.
What got to wait 1hour !!!
Disappointed, I walked back to the table to tell them how long we needed to wait. Then we decided to go to the nearby Chang cheng eating house for the porridge instead.

Chang cheng eating house or Tiong Shian eating house ??? So confusing!!!See the table full of dishes...Order deardear favourite "Kai Lan", spicy fried onion claypot frog legs, raw fish, 1 cuttlefish porridge, 1 mixed pig's organ porridge & fried pig's organ. All these cost us $40 bucks sia.. Was quite surprise that Ms Lai and Kimberly told me that it is their first time eating raw fish leh.

As deardear is not that hungry, we shared the bowl of porridge. We barely struggled to finish the bowl of porridge. Still got left abit of it.
Ms Lai finished off the whole bowl of porridge without leaving a trace of porridge. Damn powerful gal to finish the whole bowl of porridge by herself.
